Oct 10, 2019 As we warned back in June, older Office for Mac will not work with MacOS Catalina. If you have Office 2011 for Mac or before, do NOT update to Catalina because Office will stop working. There’s no workaround for this. Office 2016 for Mac needs to be v15.35 or later, which it probably is, if you’ve updated anytime in the last few months.

- MacOS Catalina (due in late September) will be dropping support for 32bit apps. ISSUE
With the release of macOS 10.15 (aka Catalina), Apple has stopped supporting 32-bit applications on this new OS. If you have Office 2011, we recommend you upgrade to Office 365 or Office 2019.

From Finder, open the Applications folder.
Ctrl+click or right-click Microsoft Outlook, and then select Show Package Contents.
Open Contents > SharedSupport, and then launch Outlook Profile Manager.
